With two decades of corporate training and teaching experience and having completed PhD in the field of Business Ethics from BITS Pilani in 2015, Dr. Anita Shantaram, founded www.ethicsindia.com in the year 2016.

Being certified as a Leading Professional in Ethics and Compliance by ECI, so far she has delivered trainings in various organisations, on topics such as Business Ethics, Code of Conduct, Ethics training for Board of Directors, Ethics and Values, Ethical Culture: A Guide, Ethics: The heart of leadership, Building an Ethical Culture, and Excellence through Ethics. It is through these workshops and dedication towards the subject of Ethics, that she would like to help organisations bring about a strong Ethical Business culture.
